Leo McCann
Born 1954 Belfast. 1976 BA(Hons.) Fine Art, Belfast College of Art. 1977 Post Graduate studies in sculpture, Belfast. 1978 Art Teachers Cert, Goldsmiths’ College, London. 1979 Student Tutor, Goldsmiths’ ATC course. 1980 - present lecturer at Crawford College of Art and Design, Cork.
One person exhibitions in 1992 “Allowance and Investment”, Triskel, Cork and Project, Dublin and 2001 “The Human Contract”, Fenton Gallery, Cork. Has exhibited widely in group shows in Ireland. Work represented in the collections of Northern Ireland Arts Council, U.C.C. and Crawford Municipal Art Gallery, Cork.
